1. Bookings

a. Commencement – Bookings do not commence before 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Anyone expecting to arrive later than 6.00 p.m. is asked to advise us in advance.
b. Departure – The apartments MUST be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
c. Non-appearance – Unless prior arrangements have been made accommodation will be re-let if not taken by 7.00 p.m. on the booking day.
d. Cancellations must be notified in writing by Recorded Delivery at least 28 days prior to commencement of the booking. The Hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the apartment is re-let. Booking deposits are non-refundable.We strongly advise you to insure against cancellation.
e. Deposits – 25% of the total rental cost is required with the booking. The balance owing is payable either in cash on arrival or by cheque which should be received by ourselves at least 10 days prior to commencement of the booking.

 

2. Limitations

a. Age – The person making the booking must be 20 years of age or over. A child counts as a person irrespective of age.
b. ALL persons using the apartment MUST be listed on the booking form.
c. Single persons – UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we accept parties of young single persons, of either sex, unless accompanied by their parents for the duration of the letting period. In any event, the proprietors reserve the right to decline any booking.

 

3. Conditions

a. Liabilities – It is an express condition of all bookings that the Proprietors are relieved of all liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any visitor or visitors, or their property including motor vehicles, howsoever caused or sustained.
b. Responsibilities – The hirer will be held responsible for the safekeeping of contents, fixtures and fittings of his/her apartment throughout the duration of occupancy. Any damage to furniture, fittings, crockery, decorations, soft furnishings, glass etc., is chargeable.
c. Cleanliness – The occupants undertake to keep the premises, fixtures, crockery etc., - especially the cooker - in clean and tidy condition and so leave them at the end of the reservation.
d. Noise – the occupants undertake to minimise noise, including television and audio, to ensure the quiet and comfort of other occupants of the building.
e. Children – The Proprietors expect children to be under the control of a responsible adult at all times and must not be allowed to play in the halls, stairs or landings. Ball games are not permitted in the car park or gardens.

 

4. Miscellaneous

a. Visitors – Visitors to guests in the apartment are welcome, BUT by prior arrangement with the Proprietors.
b. Dogs – Only dogs for which prior arrangements have been made will be accepted and on no account must they ever be left alone in the apartment. They must be kept on a lead at all times when in the grounds and must not be allowed to foul in the gardens. They are only permitted in ground floor apartments and a supplemental fee of £10.00 per week per animal will be charged.
c. Cars – Free car parking is available, with sufficient space to accommodate one vehicle per apartment. Note that the Proprietors are relieved of all responsibility for cars and contents etc., as noted in section 3a above.
